OK...I found the post on the updates page that explains this. Yes it's the latest stable version.

Looking forward to the change and updates again. I only just discovered the tool, but I'm loving it.

I just downloaded the version from home page and when I look at the about screen, it tells me it's from 2013. Is this correct? The latest released version is 6 years old?
