This is a major headache for me.
I have folders containing lots and lots of other folders, so navigation is severely hampered by this recent bug.

Tools->Options->Default Settings->Default Columns->Recycle Bin The default columns section also has settings for other areas, and should be explored. There's nothing wrong with the columns present. The above settings aren't relevant. I'm talking about the column SIZES , the chosen column to SORT BY...

I've been wanting this for years and years! I'd love to be able to optionally set each column to auto size. I'd love it if i could set just the size column to auto size... The details/columns contained in My PC and Recycle Bin (any others?) are very distinct compared to every other folder. Not being able to see the seconds in the Date Modifies column is diabolical for me. I deal with a LOT of photos, and these naturally can have multiple photos taken in any minute... So any date/time listed will be the same for many, many photo files. Please, please, please give us the option to show ...

I have some folders that i need to view sorted by name, and some that i need to view sorted by date.

Can we please optionally store the sort order with the bookmarked folder?

It would really help my workflow if this was possible!
