this left 'open with explorer+' in windows explorer context menu when it was uninstalled

how get rid of that

uninstaller was suppose to remove everything about this

has this been fixed yet?

when another app opens a file, it uses explorer++

when explorer++ opens, it doesnt open the default view of "detailed"

"detailed" view is already set as default

how to make explorer++ open the "detailed" view when it's opened via another app?

how to have 2 panes/windows?
