Re: No directory background context menu
Actually, this would resolve some of my remaining usability issues with Explorer++. Apparently, Windows Explorer reads HKCR\Directory\Background\shell\* when right-clicking the empty white-space of a directory. Thus, if you import the following into your registry, then you will see a " G it Bas...

Re: Patch for application toolbar parameters
Curious, any particular reason for rejecting this patch? Do you prefer the approach taken in http://www.explorerplusplus.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=609 ? Without parameters, the application buttons don't really make sense currently -- although every user probably has plenty of use-cases for c...

Re: All bookmarks lost with latest nightly build
@ptrk.mj: Nope. When using the nightly builds, you should always backup your configuration before updating. Easiest way to do that is to store your configuration in the portable XML file, which can be configured in the global Explorer++ settings.

Re: TortoiseSVN not contained in context menu (but Git+CVS are)
D'oh! OK, now I'm feeling extremely stupid. In TortoiseSVN's settings, there's a checkbox titling "Show overlays and context menu only in explorer" ... For any reason, that option was enabled all the time and I completely overlooked it (well, "explorer"...) Disabling it makes Tor...

Re: TortoiseSVN not contained in context menu (but Git+CVS are)
Tried a couple of things, but I'm still not getting TortoiseSVN in the context menu. It properly works in Windows Explorer. Other Tortoise* and other shell extension handlers (WinRAR, Dropbox, etc) appear to be working fine in E++. Also checked ShellExView to see whether it yields anything obvious. ...

Re: Column width resets back to default
That's odd. I'm using manually sized columns (set as default), and their sizes stick for me. However, I'm not sure whether I understand your question correctly. I think you only have two choices: 1) Manually setting column widths (and saving them as defaults) 2) Auto-sizing columns In both cases, ma...

All bookmarks lost with latest nightly build
Just updated to the latest nightly build of today (2011-06-03) and all previously existing bookmarks are gone. Detail, not sure if relevant: All bookmarks were exposed on the toolbar. Should perhaps be a separate issue, but I'm also not able to add new bookmarks to the toolbar. After adding a new bo...
