You could try version 1.4.0.1588 I uploaded on 26th March 2020. It integrates beautifully with Windows 10.
If you decide to uninstall it, all the registry associations as set back to default.

Random Explorer++ crash version 1.4.0.801
Has anybody noticed that Explorer++ version 1.4.0.801 crashes randomly?
It doesn't matter what file is open of even if the explorer window is doing nothing, it will close itself and the log report doesn't explain why.
Any thoughts??

Here's a suggestion. The Microsoft Windows 10 October Update Build 17763 has an improved dark theme.
All opened windows apart from the control panel have a dark background.
A customisable theme & skin option would be handy to have.
