Explorer++ 1.3.5.531 is installed on my windows 7 PC.
When Explorer++ is opened, files in My Documents are sorted in reverse alphabetical order.
That is undesirable, so I select View>Sort by>Ascending; and the order is changed.
However, the next time Explorer++ is opened the sort-by order is Again Descending.
I am failing to see something in the initial settings or somewhere else?
Problem with sort-by name
Re: Problem with sort-by name
I hink, the persisted file which contains your preferences can't be saved, so the last successfully version saved is reload at start.
Try to run e++ as Administrator and retry to set the sorted ascending parameter. restart e++ (as usual).
If the problem is solved, you have to move e++ folder somewhere you have the rights to write data on disc.
