W10 DVD Drawer keeps Opeining

When I go to Explorer++ if I have accessed the DVD last the drawer opens up even though I haven't clicked it. This is a major annoyance and I have googled it and all the solutions are very old and reference an .msc I don't have on my machine. Anyo0one have a solution?
