How to set view type for each folder differently?

Post by tatagi »

I am newbie to explorer++ and have four questions actually most of which can be done in a builtin windows file explorer.

1. my default view type is by details

but in some folder I want to set it to small icons for example

Can I do that?

2. I set EPP as default file manager(for all folders) so it opens any folders in its system.
but It opens as separate windows. I wanna attach it in an already opened EPP as a tab , is it possible?

3. in a builtin windows explorer, when I right click on name field, it shows option to resize the width of each or every field depending on the longest file name. can I do it?

4. lastly, I want to make EPP look as close to builtin explorer as possible, I wish I could have an option to keep trees in navigation pane not unfolding subfolders every time I click on folder since it looks messy and cluttered.

any tips would be fantastic
