Explorer 1.4 doesn't start

Explorer 1.4 doesn't start - I have windows 10 latest 2004 version 64 bit, 12 GB RAM, I tried both 32 and 64 versions, but it just doesn't execute program. it starts with a small circle and it is gone. Nothing happen. Version 1.3 is working normally.

I was playing a bit around and I found temporary solution - if I set explorer compatibility to windows 7 it works normally.

Is there any way to increase font size?
