"Set File Attributes..." keyboard shortcut?

Post by verycoolemily »

Is there a way to map a keyboard shortcut to the Set File Attributes feature?

I'm using Explorer++ to better organize my digital comics collection. I don't like comics reader, I prefer to just toss a folder of jpgs on my ipad, so every issue is a folder of pics instead of an individual file. So because I can't change the properties, I've found it very useful to set the Date Created to the day the comic came out rather than the date it was added to my computer so that I can sort by release date.

But when I'm dealing with large batches, it's kind of a pain to mouse over to the file menu every time. It also adds up to a lot more time overall.

Is there a way to do this?

Have you played with "SKTimeStamp64"?
I've used this in the past for setting specific timestamps...
Or just setting all timestamps on a lot of files to 'now'.
Dunno if this does anything better than what you are doing already.
