Selected file shaded
Selected file shaded
I'm not too sure how to explain this, but when I view a file in E++, and then shut it down, I come back to the E++ folder view. At that point, I'd like to have that last file that I looked at, shaded in some way. I'm used to this from Windows Explorer. When I shut down the file in E++, I don't see any file shaded or greyed out or however you would say it (selected?). Is there an option I can select to get this?

Re: Selected file shaded
The file stays selected on my PC.
Re: Selected file shaded
Interesting. I just tried this now and saw taht indeed, the original file was still selected after closing down the file itself in Word, a graphics viewer, etc.
I'm not sure what was going on when I had this problem before.

Re: Selected file shaded
Just a further question on selected file shading. When I use the application on my desktop, the selected file is in a dark blue colour but when I do it on my laptop, the selected file is in a light blue colour. Is there a way to change this? I could not find anything specific in the Help file. Also, I am using the default colours on both of my machines.
By the way, I love this product!
Thanks,
Joyce
