Auto Unlocker

Hi, I know this will probably be a hard one to implement, but it'd be great if E++ had an integrated unlocker, which instead of the "cannot delete, access denied", prompts you to kill the process that's stopping the deletion.

I do have an idea about how something like this could be implemented, but for now it's probably better left to a separate utility app.

On a side note, I wouldn't mind writing a utlity like that myself, so if I have some spare time later this year I might do that
