Manually organize files in a folder ( view "list" )

Post by YuriAlecks »

Hello dear developers

I write with great hopes. I use google translator to make the text.

Function is required. It is not just comfortable. It is necessary. Requires manual ordering list. (folder view "list" )

It is necessary to:
1) to form a logical connection of documents
2) to form the priorities of documents using lifting up documents

Situation when these qualities are required:
1) uncontrolled number of files
2) the lack of time for handling files
3) forgetting the circumstances in a folder (cases) and the requirement of rapid recall

Adding the manual ordering allows you to:
1) engage in two or more different things, and better control of the situation
2) faster processing of incoming information, and out of the vicious circle of underachievement
3) discharge of attention from the ordering of the list using the numbering
4) active and easier to organize, especially repeated several times. Especially when the existing order added new information, and it must take the exact location. Or when the order is often changed (it improves thinking)

Once again, the problems of a large number of files:
1) requires a good overview of the relevant files (list) (if I add spaces, like the hierarchy)
2) requires the ordering of incoming documents that I read not before the end of
3) The need to quickly recall the old information
4) requires the active ordering, in the process of examining documents. This ordering can actively change.
5) the ordering of the numbers (automatically order by name) tires and distracts from thoughts.

As a result, a large number of documents fall out of control, out of focus

Approximate TOR:

Preservation of order:
1) If I change the location of the file in the list - - - that the database was created the record about the files in a folder (1) path to the file (2) the serial number of location

Pacifying
2) if the file has an entry - - - the file is in a position to ordinal
3) if there is no record on file - - - the file is in a position to automatically order

in case of difficulty understanding

write

I will try to write neater
