Alternate row color in details view

I am hoping someone knows how to enable or add alternate row colors in details view.
It is the only view I normally use, but when you have hundreds of files in one directory, it can get hard to keep things straight.
I am using a private fork tweaked how I like, and want to add one last tweak before I post my code and exes on my site.
