Folder doesn't exist location
I often type in the address bar to go to a specific folder, if the folder doesn't exist, Explorer++ doesn't do anything, it still shows the contents of the current directory. In File Explorer, I would get a "cannot access folder" message. Something like this should be added but I don't like the idea of a popup. Maybe the contents grid clears and there's just a label in the middle that says "Folder not found." Thanks.

Unless the user has disabled it, there is a status bar for this kind of information. Have you looked to see if you're getting a helpful message about the folder not existing in the status bar? Personally, I generally also dislike pop-ups; in this instance though I would lean toward using a pop up as this is a fairly critical failure.
