Full row selection in List View?

I don't think previous releases had this feature. I don't want full row selection in LIST VIEW. It's very annoying as there's no empty space to click. Plus it doesn't even behave like Vista Explorer's full row selection in list view. Right click on empty space also selects in Explorer++ but in Vista Explorer it shows the context menu. Please make full row selection optional in list view just like it is an option for Details view.
