It would be nice if the current (active) tab has another colour than the other tabs.

I second this. Using version 1.5.0.2371 dev (64-bit build) the interface looks excellent in dark mode except for the tab bar which seems to be stuck in light mode, and there is no shading difference between active and inactive tabs.
