Library corruption issues occassionally

I am finding occasional Library corruption issues and the need to delete and recreate.
Portable Apps version 1.3.5.531 (64-bit Unicode build).
I am a Developer and there is a bug somewhere in there in the Library handling somewhere.
I don't mind the occasional bug in the form of a failure to update or respond and the consequent need to restart the application but this kind of bug does make me worry about the integrity of my filesystem.
Of course Window Explorer has its own issues and the reason I am using Explorer++ instead!
