If i right click on the columns in Details view and then choose 'More...' E++ crashes.
Using 1.4.0.1444 64 bit, Win10 x64
Extra columns can be added by using 1.3.5 and they then show up in 1.4

Seems to be fixed.
Using Explorer++ version 1.4.0.1591 (64-bit build) allows me to add/remove columns successfully.
