I've had this for a while now, 1-2-3 weeks. Every time I copy/move something from one drive to another at the end of the copy/move Windows pops up a box that says Explorer++ has stopped working with 2 options, Close program/Look for solution.
Love ++ but this has become a real problem. Makes the program just about useless.

Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
I have the same issue, but luckily it's not every time for me, just occasionally. I have a feeling that it happens more often when copying/moving large file and when zip files are involved. This even happens some times when I delete files. I'm not sure if the errors are exactly the same since I can't produce it every time.
And I too love this program very much, but it doesn't seem very stable for a none-beta release. I"m using 1.2 as well; the 32bit Unicode version.

Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
I've been using the nightly builds for months and it is only in the last few weeks that this has turned up.

Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
Interesting. Well, hopefully there will be a fix regardless. But why is the nightly build on 1.2, same as the stable build?
Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
Because the nightly builds are based on what is called the stable 1.2 version. They take that version and patch it. If you look in the development forum you will see posts about Patch XXX, Patch XXX and so on.risingevil wrote:Interesting. Well, hopefully there will be a fix regardless. Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
same thing for me. I tried about 8 competitors today...deleted every one. It helps to know it's not just my computer
Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
I have already made a patch for this (patch 64) and submitted to David. I hope he will commit this soon.
Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
Just FYI,
- I downloaded latest build
- crashes everytime I paste anything
- I use XP SP3, on a 32bit system.
I can't wait until this is fixed, so I can see if other stuff is fixed

Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
Same here. Crashes when I try to copy/paste and sometimes when trying to right-click on items.

Re: Copy anything to anywhere ++ CRASH
I'm just now seeing this on the latest x64 release build (1.3.2) and the latest nightly (1.3.0.453) under Windows Server 2008 R2.
