Program Install and how Turn Default File manage + Lang PT

I have compacted the Explorer++ in a Install Program
And I have teach how turn Explorer++ as Default File Manager in Windows
all in Language Portugues (Because what I Speak only PT Lang)

And I are send this version to Development from Explorer++
