UI Tweaks

I wish it's appearance, would be more modern, hard to see stuff with old eyes. ie hard to see which tab is highlighted.
Examples:

Hide Files(command Bar) as in picture
Put a close tab button on tabs
Ability to add "open new tab" button next to last tab (as in picture)
Ability to move all toolbars.
