Missing File Extensions and Incorrect File Type Display

Hi,

I've noticed that the File Type column on my computer displays 'file extension manager' instead of the actual file type for some of my files. Additionally, the File Name column for these files doesn't include the extension duck life. For instance, files that should have a .app extension are missing the extension entirely, and their type is shown as 'file extension manager'.

How can I correct this issue so that the file type and extension are displayed properly?
