Hi everyone,
I love using Explorer++ for its simplicity and efficiency, but I often find myself needing quicker access to my recently opened files. It would be incredibly helpful to have a "Recent Files" feature, similar to what other file explorers offer.

This could be implemented as a sidebar or a separate menu option, listing the most recently accessed files for easy retrieval. I believe this addition would enhance productivity and make file management even smoother.
What do you think? Is this something that could be considered for future updates?
Thanks for your time!

Yes, absolutely.
What I am missing in the Quick Access menu on the left, and what made me leave E++ (again
, and I hope for awhile only), is a lack of:
pinned last used folders (there are only folders automatically used),
and last used files,
and pinned files.
Otherwise, could be an awesome software.
If I may add here:
one of the file explorers (I forgot the name) had a fantastic option:
to rename pinned folders in Quick Access,
without changing the actual name of the folder.
So it actually worked like bookmarks but as the left vertical tree.
When needed:
when I have two same folders pinned, both with the same name and path but on different machines.
