High power usage on idle

Sometimes when my computer is in idle, the fan would spinner up and cause noise. I opened up task manager and found Exploer++ is using 8%-11 of CPU, and Very high power usage on Windows 11. Even thought it only has 5 tabs open and doing nothing.

- 32GB G.Skill DDR4-3600
- Gigabyte X570 Aorus WiFi Pro
- nVidia RTX 3070
- InWin P75 750W Gold.
- Windows 11 Pro (21H2)
