More files/folders shown in 1.4

I've noticed Explorer++ 1.4.0.2293 shows files/folders in the left-hand panel which Explorer++ 1.3 didn't show.
It shows the following:
$Recycle.Bin
Documents and Settings (gets "Access Denied" first time it is clicked)
System Volume Information (gets "Access Denied" first time it is clicked)

I have used the same options as in 1.3.
I have the "Hide protected operating system files" option set.

Is there any way to make 1.4 show the same files as 1.3?

Also under Users the following folders are showing that weren't shown in 1.3:
All Users
Default User

I also have these system folder showing in the folder pane only.

1.35 had this issue also at one stage but they later fixed it

Installed the 1.5 dev build instead, this version doesnt have this issue
